Psychological fitness
: The individual has sufficient resilience, energy, and motivation to be able to use his or her intellectual, creative, behavioral, and emotional competencies to meet the demands of everyday life and function in society. This includes the way the individual thinks about him- or herself, his or her life, and others with whom he or she interacts.
